Script Werx Box
Template Mover
This Template Mover is what you need if you have installed Script Werx on a Macintosh running OS X and the Script Werx templates do not appear when you launch Microsoft Word, go to the File menu and select Project Gallery.

This problem is possible when there is more than one Microsoft Office Templates folder on a hard drive (which is typical if Office has been upgraded or reinstalled, or if Word has been opened under more than one identity), and the Script Werx Installer places your templates in the wrong folder. The Template Mover will find where your Script Werx templates have been installed, determine where they should have been installed and them move them there.

It may take up to twelve minutes or even longer for the Template Mover to work, but it works in the background, so you should be able to use your Macintosh for other tasks while it is running. A dialog box will appear to let you know that your Script Werx templates have been successfully moved. Click below to download your Template Mover.

Download Instructions
  • Click the underlined text immediately above. A file named Archive.sitx will be downloaded to your desktop.
  • This downloaded file should uncompress into a file named Template Mover for Script Werx.
  • Double click this decompressed file. A dialog box will explain what to expect. Click OK and wait while your Script Werx templates are moved into the correct folder.
  • You should then be able to use Script Werx just as it is explained in user documentation: Launch Word, on the File menu select Project Gallery, then double click the format of the script you want to write.
